My name is Mark Sedra and I am an academic, policy-analyst and consultant based in Waterloo, Canada. An Assistant Professor of political science and a Senior Fellow at a leading Canadian think tank, my areas of expertise include: peace-building, post-conflict reconstruction and international security. Although I have worked in numerous parts of the world much of my work has focussed on three regions: the Middle East, South Asia and Central Asia.
